The intervention consists of a proposal for sector 8 of Salburúa, with the aim of redensifying this area. It is intended to bring new life to an area of great potential by creating "super-blocks”. Due to its proximity to Vitoria’s Green Belt, it is expected to have a better connection with the historical city.
Within the two proposed blocks, it is intended to house 200 homes. These contain and energize the surrounding urban space, in order to fulfill the proper functions within the urban proposal of the execution unit.
For them, it is desired to incorporate a large promenade, which enhances and encourages pedestrian traffic and the connection between squares. Thus creating a flow and a more continuous connection of the area.
